We get it all of the time... What is a “meme”? Here's the scoop you didn't know:
Memes make great "talking pieces" because they are shared frequently on social media or among friends. Simply put, memes are amusing images made even more entertaining with words. We love when they're silly and fun, but some can be more serious and thought-provoking. Sometimes they’re video clips - called “GIFs.” Whichever form they come in, memes are sure to circulate the internet and reach mass audiences.

The first ultra popular meme came to us about four years ago. Memes began their cultural rise around 2007 and by 2014 not many were unfamiliar with “Grumpy Cat.”
